To track the status of your order, please have your Order Number handy. You can readily find your order number by checking your E-mail "In" box. Look for the Subject column for emails whose subject begins with: Switch Hits Order...followed by the order number.
Made to Order Items We love the artists who make switchplates made to order because of the hundreds of variations available. However, please be aware of the delays associated with made to order items. We've listed the approximate shipping time frame at each of these items. Each of these artists who make switchplates to order have rather small operations and relish the opportunity to spend the majority of their time for the studio. Their systems are not equipped to readily give tracking numbers. Therefore, some made to order items shipped do not have tracking numbers at this point.
