Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
Whenever you see an item on Switch Hits that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph or name and a page dedicated to that item will display. Below the "Order this Design", you will see all the options and sizes available for this particular item. Simply choose the quantity of each configuration you are interested in by using the quantity pull down menu. With one click of the "Add to Cart" button, you can add multiple quantities of multiple sizes to your shopping cart. This does not commit you to buying the products; it simply sets them aside so when you decide to buy them, you can do so quickly.You will be asked which shipping option you prefer...this is so your shipping charges can be calculated for you to see in your shopping cart.
Any or all of your items can be deleted, or the quantities adjusted in your shopping cart before checking out.
The shopping cart page is linked on the right side of every page and shows you all of the items you've collected
during any particular shopping session. You can go to this
page whenever you wish to review the items you are preparing
to purchase, whether it's a single item or 20 items.
Fortunately,
we can hold the items in your shopping cart for 2 days after
they've been selected should you have to end your shopping
session for any reason. That is, provided you use the same
computer. After that, the items will go back onto the shelves
and if you are still interested in these items you'll need
to go back to the departments to purchase them again.
Checkout
When you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart, click on 'Check Out Now' for the Shopping Cart or the 'Checkout' link on the right side of every page. This will begin the checkout process. The page you see will be the 'Shipping to New York?' page...for sales tax purposes. You will then be asked for the payment method through our secure server. To make purchases, you will need to order online using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The checkout sequence should take less than 2 minutes for first time customers. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. We will also send you a follow up email when we ship your order.
