Switch Hits processes orders quickly and in-stock items are shipped by 3pm EST daily. If we can catch your shipment before it goes out the door, we'd be happy to change your order.
Please email specific instructions to customerservice@switchhits.com with your Order Number for the Subject line. Be sure to include the SKU, size, and quantity of the item you want to change and again the SKU, size, and quantity of any new items you would like to add.
Shipped Orders Can Not Be Changed
Sorry, orders can not be changed once they have left our warehouse...a new order must be placed at our web site for any additional or new items. A credit will be given if and when any original items you ordered are returned safely per our Returns instructions.
Subsequent or Additional Orders
Orders placed on different dates are entered into our system as separate orders with their own shipping and handling charges. Sorry, but we can not discount shipping and handling charges for multiple orders.
