Switch Hits processes orders quickly and in-stock items are shipped by 3pm ET daily. If we can catch your shipment before it goes out the door, we'll be happy to change your order.
Please send specific instructions to Switch Hits' Customer Service through our contact form. For any items you wish to change, add or cancel, please provide: • Your Order Number. • The Item Number (SKU), Item Name, Configuration and Quantity.
Shipped Orders Can Not Be Changed
Orders can not be changed once they have left our warehouse...a new order must be placed at our web site for any additional or new items. A credit will be given when any original items you ordered are returned safely per our Return Instructions.
Subsequent or Additional Orders
Orders placed at different times are imported into our system as separate orders with their own shipping and handling charges. We cannot discount shipping and handling charges for multiple orders if any part of a shipment has left our warehouse.
