The Raku clay base gives these light switch plates a distinctive natural look. Burlap is used to create its texture. The designs are then drawn using sculpting tools. After it is bisque fired, each switch plate is meticulously hand glazed. They go through a special dyeing process and then are fired in the kiln up to 1900 degrees.
